Advanced Mediation Skills and Theory for Accreditation A

The Australian Centre for Justice Innovation (ACJI) is a research and education Centre in the Faculty of Law at Monash University that focusses on innovation in the justice system. SOCAP Australia is delighted to announce a new partnership with ACJI that enables SOCAP members to attend specific courses where we’ve identified a significant cross over in desired learning outcomes for those who work in consumer affairs and complaints.  Limited places have been held in each workshop for those who register via SOCAP Australia.

We are delighted to present this workshop for SOCAP members.

This interactive workshop has been developed to assist students to meet part of the National Mediation Accreditation Standard requirements and provides participants with an opportunity to learn the essential negotiation, mediation and communication skills required to become a mediator.

Participants who complete this workshop and then go on to complete Advanced Mediation: Skills and Theory (Part B) within 9 months will be eligible to apply for accreditation as mediators under the National Mediation Accreditation System.

CPD points: This course represents 18 units or hours of education.
