As Vice President of Customer Advocacy at CitiGroup, Gabrielle was charged with driving an organisation-wide transformation towards Customer Advocacy. Prior to Citi Group Gabrielle was Head of Customer Care, Asia Pacific at MIT Group and at VMware as Director of Customer Advocacy, Asia Pacific Japan. Gabrielle has also led the cultural and operational transition towards customer-centric Agile working practices across R&D at VMWare, TAL and ING.
Across all of these roles, she spearheaded cultural shifts to customer advocacy, adapting and evolving Voice of the Customer programs to deliver meaningful and actionable insights. These insights inspired multiple change programs, building trusted relationships with consumers and businesses.
