SYMPOSIUM 2019 CALL FOR PAPERS

SOCAP is now accepting presentation proposals for consideration for the 2019 Symposium (19 – 21 August, Sydney, NSW) at The Star, Sydney. The 29th Annual SOCAP Australia International Symposium will include top keynote speakers; collaborative workshops; industry case studies; and professional development plenary sessions across three days of programming and networking events.

SOCAP Australia is calling for papers under the topics of consumer and brand trust; understanding consumer insights; customer loyalty; and restoring relationships.

Submissions should focus on business transformation; impacts for customer experience; practical applications for consumer affairs professionals; and utilising feedback for collaborative change.

Proposals for consideration are due by February 4, 2019. Please send your proposal with a title and a 250 – 500 word abstract, along with a presenter bio, to Michaela Edwards on medwards@socap.org.au by Feb 4, 2019
