Topic: Human Centred Design

Connect with your SOCAP membership across Australia and internationally at a live streamed Community of Practice on Tuesday 16 July 2019.

Reach out to your SOCAP membership community to collaborate on how to better engage with customers through using human centred design to make a difference in complaints.

We will hear from Justin Tsuei, Telstra Complaints Principal, who will share the company’s  human centred design journey and how it has helped Telstra to better engage with customers, employees and key stakeholders to drive meaningful change and make a real difference for its customers.

Justin will give an overview of human centred design practice, its use in effective complaint management, Telstra’s approach to adopting human centred design and how complaints handling teams can affect change for consumers.

Justin, and Fiona Brown, SOCAP Chief Executive, will also facilitate a human centred design activity across all of the Community of Practice sites, as well as host a collaborative discussion on human centred design approaches being used in SOCAP member organisations and how this is helping consumer outcomes.
