Rachael Neumann manages SA Water’s Customer Advocacy and Resolution Team and is responsible for SA Water’s customer feedback process. She has been with SA Water for seven years and has more than 11 years’ experience in leading customer service teams in the utility and telecommunication sectors. Rachael views complaints as a valuable source of feedback, which provides an insight into what our customers expect from SA Water. She is committed to delivering a seamless customer experience and welcomes opportunities to rebuild trust with customers and turn poor experiences around.
