Governance and Customer Service Lead, ANZ


As the Governance and Customer Service Lead within the banks Customer Service Operations Group, Martin’s team are responsible for ensuring customers with a complaint have their issues dealt with promptly and receive a fair outcome from the bank. Martin also has responsibility managing the banks Customer Experience teams ensuring ANZ consumer customers receive great customer experiences across the banks Call Centres and Lending Assessment teams. His teams also train and monitor the banks Consumer & Small Business lending assessment teams to ensure loans are provided in line with the banks’ lending policies, regulatory requirements and the banks risk appetite.

Martin has had a 30 year career in banking having worked for Westpac NZ, GE Capital Consumer Finance and ANZ bank in Operational, Risk and Compliance roles.
