Juliette is the Executive Manager of External Customer Relations for the Suncorp Group and is a dispute resolution expert with 15 years’ experience in both internal and external complaints and 20 plus years’ experience across the financial services industry.
Juliette’s current role is to oversee Suncorp’s External Dispute Resolution process across the suite of Suncorp’s brands and products including Insurance, Banking, Wealth and Superannuation. Her unique blend of extensive experience and expertise enables her to drive effective complaints management through a range of skills including relationship building, conciliation and negotiation.
Juliette is passionate about empowering staff to really listen to their customers and respond to their concerns considering their individual circumstances and vulnerabilities.
Juliette holds a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) and has been a member of SOCAP since 2006 where she has worked on various committees and working groups over the last thirteen years.
