Greg Brown is the Manager, Key Accounts and Stakeholder Relations at Western Water. Prior to this, he was Western Waters Customer Service Manager, responsible for all customer facing interactions whether they were technical or account related.¬† Customer facing teams at Western Water have recently gone through a major review and restructure with many outcomes still being implemented. This restructure was aimed at moving Western Waters customer teams away from the traditional and conventional approach that worked so well for its customers in the past, into a era of best use of technology, recognising rapid growth and changing demographics, and that “one size no longer fits all”.
