Stella is Consumer Affairs Victoria’s Business Improvement Manager. With a background in retail management, Stella has worked across a range of areas at Consumer Affairs Victoria. In her current role, Stella and her team engage with a range of businesses, helping them to identify systemic issues with their business practices and implement targeted strategies to eliminate those issues. Through their engagement businesses have observed significant reductions in customer complaints. In addition, Stella has led a number of national compliance programs and has been admitted to the legal profession in Victoria.
