He believes in the unlimited potential of effective complaint management to both enhance the customer experience and drive business outcomes. In line with this, a key focus for Peter is improving the standing and quality of complaint handling, not just in his own organisation, but more broadly.
Peter holds an LLM and a BA, loves art and travel and is a current SOCAP Board Member.
