Jeremy is the Director, Customer Strategy and Innovation for MetLife. He is responsible for customer insights, digital and social media, data and analytics and customer relations. He joined MetLife in April 2015 as Head of Operations. This role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing strong partner relationships by providing best in class end-to-end service operating models.
Prior to joining MetLife, Jeremy’s previous roles included General Manager, Customer Strategy at TAL and Executive General Manager, Transformation at NRMA Motoring & Services.
Jeremy has over 15 years’ executive leadership experience across Financial and non-Financial Services. His professional background is in law (finance, corporate and industrial) and his executive experience covers People and Culture, Operations, Customer Strategy and Transformational Change.
