Biography

A dynamic, engaging and collaborative people leader, James has over 20 years’ delivering outstanding customer service and leading complaint handling teams within the telecommunications and tolling industries.

With a reputation for being an excellent communicator, problem solver and leader of high performing teams, James is comfortable challenging the status quo and influencing complex and challenging stakeholders to drive improvements in customer service processes, services and structures.

James currently leads the National Customer Resolutions team for Transurban, accountable for the Complaint Handling Framework.  This team is tasked with ensuring customers receive fair and reasonable outcomes to the challenges they face along with playing an integral role reducing complaints across the business.
