SYMPOSIUM 2018 CALL FOR PAPERS
Submit a Symposium paper for consideration by February 5, 2018
SOCAP is now accepting presentation proposals for consideration for the 2018 Symposium (22- 24 August, Melbourne, Victoria) at Crown Melbourne. The Symposium will include top keynote speakers and professional development sessions.
SOCAP Australia is calling for papers under the topics of managing complaints and customer care through dynamic change.
Submissions should focus on the impacts for customer experience, service delivery and the changing landscape for complaint handlers and consumer affairs professionals.
Proposals for consideration are due by February 5, 2018. Please send your proposal with a title and a 250 – 500 word abstract to Michaela Edwards on email@example.com by Feb 5, 2018
