SOCAP Australia unveils new website

In January 2016 SOCAP Australia launched a new member website. The website has been transformed offering new content, new member services and easier access to content with a fresh look and four jump in points for information: Complaint Professionals Certification Scheme; Membership; Symposium; and Training and Events.

The access points, entered via the homepage direct users to detailed information on each topic, where members and guests can apply for national certification for complaints professionals, book and pay for events and training, and access SOCAP member services through a member-only portal.

Members are able to contribute to the SOCAP forum and leadership blog as well as listen to podcasts in the Resource centre.

All members will receive a new username and password for accessing member only content on the website. The details will be sent via email on launch. As a member if you have not received your new log in details throughout January 2016 to access member only content, contact the SOCAP office on socap@socap.org.au
